Summary

*Pilot Episode*  Grim events are taking place on the Thundarian homeworld.  Thundera is dying, and evacuation is anything but smooth.  The flagship seems to be the only craft not destroyed during the escape, carrying but a few noble Thundarians and the legendary sword of omens.  Will the nobles of Thundera, the ThunderCats, be able to brave the new world that lies ahead?

Random Thoughts and Musings - Warning: Spoilers

I still marvel at the fact this got aired, considering they're all basically strolling around in the nude to begin with.  Fans were given the first hint that Tygra might be more interested in Lion-o than Cheetara with the "Grown some, hasn't he?" comment.  We also meet the mutants, who start out with loads more technology than the ThunderCats, including instant transportation devices.  It makes me wonder, had their ship not sank, could the mutants have had an easy time acquiring the sword?
