Kristin and Legolas - Scenes by the Stables

The stables were a popular place for the scenes between Kristin and Legolas, not only because there was a lot of space to work with, but because they both had a great love of horses.  For this reason, no one became suspicious whenever the pair was heading to the stables.  However, this made it easy for a variety of practical jokes to be played within the stables.

Here, Kristin is keeping watch while Legolas causes mischief.  From the angle of the camera it can not be seen, but the prince has just finished painting the white hand of Saruman on the sides of Sûl-Maksalin.

On more than one occasion, Legolas spent time trying to explain himself to Kristin. This time it wasn't part of the story, it was actually because he had used the rest of her lilac scented hair conditioner, and no shipment was expected in Imladris until the next week.
