[Many of you know that there is a group that has gotten together to plan a super sized Valentines Day fic with elves, elves, and, ah yes, more elves. We're less than two weeks away, so here's a little something while you're waiting...intro by me, trailer clips by Emmi, Forest, Sonja, Corri, Zu, and I. Enjoy!]

{Scene opens very much like the film critic type shows, with two figures sitting in directors chairs discussing movies. Each of them looks over their shoulder, and Zhie and Celeborn smile at the audience.}

Zhie: Good Afternoon, and welcome to C & Z's Movie Minute.

Celeborn: The short, short, short show where we promote a movie in just a minute.

Zhie: However, we don't promote movies.

Celeborn: And we've probably already taken up at least a minute of your time.

Zhie: But when we tried to pitch the idea of "Celeborn and Zhie talk about a work of fan fiction for a little while to get you to read it when it comes out later", the network just wouldn't let it fly.

Celeborn: So, we had to do everything low budget. And by everything, we mean everything.

Zhie: Today, we're promoting a special work for Valentines Day.

Celeborn: Created by a number of talented writers from the HL Group-

Zhie: -and starring some of the wisest elves in all of Middle Earth-

Celeborn: -we would like to give you a sneak peek at this work, currently in production, due out on February 14th, 2004.

Zhie: Roll it!

{Lights dim. On the screen, in white letters on a black background, it says 'A Haldir Lovers Group Production' and then 'Title Yet Unknown'. Fade to black.}

At a time of great peril...

{Scene opens to the forging of the rings, clips of the last alliance, the nazgul chasing after Frodo}

A council was formed...

{Brief shots of Imadris}

......the greatest minds assembled...

{Camera pans around, showing Elrond, Erestor, and Glorfindel}

......the fate of Middle Earth decided...

{Picture of the one ring flipping through the air}

......and it was so much fun, they decided to do it again.

{Shot of Elrond sitting in his chair at the council. The camera pans back to show a number of elves sitting in a circle, including Elrond, Erestor, Glorfindel, and the twins, who are chewing gum quite obviously.}

{Camera focuses on Elrond as he speaks:}

"We are gathered here tonight to discuss the upcoming Holiday of the humans, Valentines Day. As we all have had fun elving with the ladies, the idea was brought forth of what we should do for them."

{Lord Elrond looks around, brow raised.}

"Does anyone have any ideas?"

{Shot of the twins arguing}

"You go first."

"Why me?"

"Because you're the older one."

--

{Scene switches to Forest, hands on her hips as she growls:}

"Just where do you think you two are going?"

{Erestor and Glorfindel exchange uncomfortable looks.}

"We-er-were......"

"Well, that is...."

"uhm...."

--

{Shot of the twins arguing once again, this time just Elrohir talking:}

"You go first...just as always...and like you did when we had been born!"

--

{Scene in Lothlorien. Celeborn has been backed out onto a branch by Galadriel, whose look is a mixture of amusement and displeasure. Celeborn is completely calm and nods as he speaks:}

"She does ride fast."

{Galadriel smiles and Celeborn shakes his head, adding:}

"I don't believe we're on the same page, my dear. In fact, I believe you are reading an entirely different book."

"Mmmhmmm."

{Back to the scene of the twins. Elladan looks a bit desperate and says to his brother:}

"So... for the ladies then?"

--

{Shot of Dorendil grimacing, then clearing his throat and saying:}

"I… ah… wish you a happy day today."

{The shot changes slightly, showing Corri standing in front of him. She looks confused, and says:}

"Ah… thanks."

{Pause}

"Why?"

{Final scene of the twins once more, Elrohir nodding solemnly:}

"For the ladies... and the ladies only."

{On screen, on a black background 'Coming Valentine's Day 2004' appears in pink letters next to a white water lily.}
